HEY,
I’m
Erin!
Erin Buckallew, LPC, PMH-C & Postpartum Confidence Coach, Owner of Evergreen Coaching
As a dedicated postpartum confidence coach, I bring my extensive background in mental health counseling and education to support new mothers through one of life's most transformative journeys. With years of experience in therapeutic settings, I've developed a unique approach that combines evidence-based strategies with heartfelt empathy.
My passion for supporting new mothers stems from both professional expertise and personal experience. Having navigated my own challenging journey through postpartum depression and anxiety, I intimately understand the overwhelming feelings that can accompany new motherhood. This firsthand experience fuels my commitment to helping other mothers avoid the intense stress and frustration that postpartum can bring when faced without proper support. I believe that postpartum confidence isn't simply about "bouncing back" – it's about moving forward into a new, empowered version of yourself.
HEY,
I’m
Sara!
Hi, I’m Sara, the founder of The Mama Co-Op. I’m board-certified in perinatal mental health, pediatric nursing, and as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, with over 20 years of experience supporting families through every stage of the parenting journey.
My approach is all about helping parents navigate sleep schedules and routines without the shame or pressure to be perfect. Sleep struggles don’t just affect babies—they impact a parent’s mental health, confidence, and ability to fully enjoy motherhood. Research shows a strong link between infant sleep challenges and maternal depressive symptoms, which is why I’m passionate about supporting both baby and mom in getting the rest they need.
I can’t wait to connect with you and help you move from exhaustion and guilt to rest and confidence!
